About the Founder: My name is Rose Whitfield-Hill. I have worked in the finance industry for seven years. I have attended William Carey University and Belhaven University. My field of study is Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. I am taking courses to pursue real estate as well. I am currently employed as a District Manager for a well known financial institution. I oversee 8 locations and eighteen employees. Over the bulk of my career I have traveled to different counties and cities across the great state of Mississippi. When I am in search of a potential candidate to hire I always ask them to rate their personal credit. I have listened to countless stories on how no one educated them on the importance of credit, or the power of personal finance. I contend credit counseling services are vital and necessary for the betterment of our communities. Working in the finance industries and overcoming my own personal finance hurdles make me well equipped to lead this initiative. I started this firm because I wanted to empower my community on the perks and benefits of being financially sound. Being financially sound does not mean you must have a lot of money, but simply managing what you do have. I want to change the perspective on how people view their money and credit. HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE RESULTS?

It’s a pretty normal question to ask: The honest answer is that it depends — on your goals, and the plan selected…However, most of our clients see results within the first 30-61 days. That’s actually one of the best parts of choosing W & H Financial Solutions.
We look at your individual situation and build your own personal Game Plan accordingly. Your Game Plan focuses on the areas that will make the most impact. We at W & H Financial Solutions get to work quickly to make sure your creditors are being responsible regarding the information they’re reporting about you.

REFUND POLICY

At W & H Financial Solutions we are passionate about helping people repair bad credit. We do our best to assist Clients with their credit repair needs & we value customer satisfaction!
By law we cannot make any verbal or written promise, or guarantee of outcome, score increases, or timing of credit repair services.
However, Client’s may request a refund if they believe that W & H Financial Solutions did not complete the obligations as defined in our Terms and Conditions, or the Client’s signed agreement.
Refund of up to 100% of total price may be possible to the Client only if all the below conditions exist:

If W & H Financial Solutions DID NOT inform the Client and note in the Client agreement that credit counseling can actually cause scores to drop.
Client has been current on all payments, without any NSF’s, and Client has completed all payments per the agreement.
Client must be current on all payments to W & H Financial Solutions and Client shall have completed all payments per agreement.
Client must have followed all W & H Financial Solutions directions based on the credit counseling plan (Excessive time spent with clients in any form of communication, or personal meetings will count against the allocated time per plan, and obviously reduce time spent on actual credit repair, therefore client may not get optimal results).
On existing credit lines at time of the signed agreement, and on any newly obtained credit, whether or not per W & H Financial Solutions recommendation, Client always made at least the minimum payment due on time per industry suggestion (which was communicated with the Client.)
- Client was never late and always paid minimum balance due on all existing trade lines, or new credit lines acquired during duration of W & H Financial Solutions agreement.
Upon signing W & H Financial Solutions agreement client strictly followed at least one of several suggested methods to improve or increase scores as noted in the credit repair plan.

To receive a 100% refund of total money paid to W & H Financial Solutions, the Client shall request such refund in writing.
W & H Financial Solutions shall review the request to confirm if Client complied with the terms of our Refund Policy which can take 7-10 business days after letter is received. W & H Financial Solutions shall determine the final refund is due and the decision shall be final.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

The goal of credit counseling is to remove questionable negative information from credit reports. This is not an exact science and there are cases in which we may be unsuccessful. Our clients are protected with our 120 day warranty. If you sign up for a monthly service with W & H Financial Soloutions and do not see any questionable items deleted from your credit in 120 days or your score haven’t increased by at least 50 points combined, you will be entitled to a full refund in monthly fees. This does not mean that your credit will be fixed completely during that period but you should see some of your questionable negative items deleted or an increase to your score in this period or your money back.
The Money back guarantee will be strictly subject to you complying with the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for a refund does not start until day 120.. You must be an active participant in the program for 120 days. Cancellation or a missed payment during the initial 120 days of the program is a void of this guarantee.
That you do not create or cause any new derogatory trade lines to be added to your credit report after your participation in the applicable program begins.
You mail, fax or email W & H Financial Soloutions all correspondences relating in any way to your credit report within seven (“7”) days of receiving said correspondence.
You make all payments due and owing to W & H Financial Soloutions per this agreement in a timely manner.
You mail, fax or email to W & H Financial Soloutions proof of your identity such as a copy of driver’s license and copy of social security card within five (“5”) days of the effective date of this agreement.
You agree to give W & H Financial Soloutions ten (“10”) business days from the date you have requested a refund and we receive the letter to allow W & H Financial Soloutions adequate time to review your credit bureaus and audit your account to verify that no negative items have been removed from your account and to ascertain the reason for this occurring.
Refunds limited to payments made for 120 days of service only. (ex. If client is in service for 180+ days, with no change made to their history, they can request a refund, but that refund will be limited to 120 days of service

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIX MY BAD CREDIT?

There is no fast and easy answer to this question. The time it takes to repair your credit is completely dependent upon your personal situation. The game plan created and plan selected is designed for you to complete the program within 90-180 days. We work with you, but we also need you to work with us.

How does Credit Counseling Work?

Credit Repair is actually the process of removing inaccurate, unfounded, out-of-date, false, and erroneous information from your credit report. Your credit report dictates your credit score. The 3 major credit bureaus collect information from lenders, creditors, and debt collectors and apply it to your credit report. Based on that information, your credit score is determined. This information could include the balances on loans or credit cards, credit inquiries, debt to income ratio, and most importantly, credit utilization (the percentage of debt you have to available credit)

Is really Worth getting my Credit Repaired?

To know whether credit counseling is worth it, you just have to look at what your credit account is made of. Also, how credit impacts your every day life and these days it seems like credit is EVERYTHING!

We use secure computer terminals as well as an encrypted database. All employees are trained to properly verify customer information and never to disclose this information to unauthorized parties. If you get an account removed from my credit, Do I still owe that debt?

Yes, but if it is past the statute of limitations for the creditor to file a lawsuit it will be much harder for them to try to collect it from you.
